How to Have a Successful Roofing Experience
At Beck Roofing and Restoration, our goal is making sure that our customers have the best roofing experience possible. There are a few things that we ask of our customers so that they experience the least amount of interruption during the roofing process.
Here are some ways customers can help us out:
If you have valuables on your walls, make sure to take them down and store them safely. There are a lot of vibrations that go through the roof and then echo through the walls. If you have any valuables on the walls, get them off the wall so that they are safe.
For us to install a skylight, we will have to create a hole in the roof. Make sure to get valuables out of the area and be ready for dustiness to be present. Once the new skylight is installed, there will be some cleaning to be done.
Vaulted Ceiling Nail Holes
When there is hammering, the vibrations can loosen nails and cause nail holes to appear. When this happens, just let us know, and we will come in and make sure to cover the holes and make it look like your vaulted ceiling has never had any issues.
This is a critical issue because oftentimes, our team is not able to get to the property because they do not have access. We don’t usually need access to the inside of the home, but if we do, we will let you know. That said, we will need access to the exterior of the home. If you live in a gated community, please be sure to be at your phone to grant us access or make arrangements with the community office. If we have access to the property, then we can get through the job much faster, and you will be less inconvenienced.
